hyOffice engages certain sub-processors to support the provision and operation of the services. Sub-processors are third-party service providers that process personal data on behalf of hyOffice in connection with the services delivered to the customer (controller).

1. Microsoft acts as a sub-processor of personal data in connection with the services, where hyOffice acts as the processor on behalf of the customer (controller). We have concluded a data processing agreement (DPA) with Microsoft in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.
