Team Absence

A board is a workspace where you manage absence data for a defined set of members. You can use a board for a project team, a department, or even your whole company.

Boards work independently from each other. This means the same person can be part of multiple boards, with their absences tracked separately in each—allowing for context-specific planning and visibility.

Within a board, you can organize members into groups. Groups help structure larger teams—such as by department, location, or sub-project—while keeping all absence information in one central place. They are also a simple way to share absence data with other teams or departments.

Within Microsoft Teams, other teams or departments can join an existing board to view the same absence data. To do this, a board administrator provides a mirror code, which allows another Teams channel to connect to that board.

When joining an existing board in a different Teams channel, you can choose whether to display the entire board or only specific groups. This makes it easy to share absence information with selected teams or departments while keeping the view focused and relevant.

Free plan: If you only need a single board with up to 5 members, our free plan may be sufficient for your needs.

Pro plan: Select the total number of members you want to manage. This represents the number of unique individuals across all boards. After checkout, you will receive a single license key, even if you manage absence data in multiple boards or groups.

Pro Business: One subscription starts with a 300-member base package. Add capacity in 50-member add-ons as your team grows; one license key covers your full capacity.

Pro Enterprise: For teams with more than 1,000 members, contact us for volume-based pricing matched to the member capacity you need.

Across all Pro plans, each person counts only once toward your licensed capacity—even if they appear on multiple boards.

This depends on the payment provider you chose at checkout:

Paddle: You will receive an email from Paddle containing links to manage your subscription. Alternatively, you can manage your subscription by logging into Paddle Customer Portal.

Yes! You can increase the number of members at any time. Just use our contact form, and we’ll be happy to adjust your license accordingly. The additional members will be charged on a prorated basis for the remaining billing period.

Yes! You can upgrade to a higher-tier plan at any time. Simply use our contact form, and we’ll take care of the upgrade for you. Any additional costs will be charged on a prorated basis for the rest of your billing period.

Application language: The application is currently available in English.

Support: Customer support is provided in English and German.
